1、定位:按花紋鋁板需要裁切尺寸，調(diào)整好定位裝置，合理確定各邊修邊量。

2、裁切:先將花紋鋁板置于縱切機上裁切長邊，然后再進入橫切裁切短邊。

3、清掃:裁切完畢后，操作員用毛刷將板面清掃干凈，花紋鋁板堆放整齊。

4、送到發(fā)運處:用叉車將花紋鋁板送到了至發(fā)運處，進行印字包裝。

5、貼標識:按工藝要求在成品板右下角粘貼產(chǎn)品合格證，品質(zhì)保證和產(chǎn)品色標等標識。

6、入庫:用叉車將成品板送入指定位置，并填寫產(chǎn)品入庫登記卡。
