陽極氧化后電泳丙烯酸樹脂，日本在20世紀60年代已商品化，歐洲到70年代開始使用，目前還主要在亞洲地區(qū)應用。該技術當前已由透明光亮膜發(fā)展到無光透明膜和彩色膜，品種更趨多樣化，工業(yè)控制和產品質量都比較穩(wěn)定

化學轉化處理后靜電噴涂包括靜電粉末噴涂和靜電液相噴涂，靜電液相噴涂氟碳樹脂在20世紀60年代，美國已實現(xiàn)商品化。而靜電粉末噴涂熱固性聚酯涂層，60年代末在歐洲已實現(xiàn)商品化，當前仍是歐洲各國占優(yōu)勢的表面處理手段。時至今日，單一陽極氧化的鋁門窗在國內外市場均明顯縮小日本青睞于電泳涂層，白色電泳涂層發(fā)展很快，并在歐洲得到應用。靜電粉末噴涂以其色彩多樣、控制方便、環(huán)境保護、性能優(yōu)良等原因，已成為歐美的首選表面處理方法。近年來靜電粉末噴涂市場在我國也在迅速擴大之中。

Japan prefers electrophoretic coatings, while white electrophoretic coatings have developed rapidly and have been applied in Europe. Electrostatic powder spraying has become the preferred surface treatment method in Europe and America due to its diverse colors, convenient control, environmental protection, and excellent performance. In recent years, the market for electrostatic powder spraying has also been rapidly expanding in China.

噴漆：通常是氟碳噴涂，鋁板噴漆前的處理比較重要，要進行鈍化處理才能保證油漆和鋁板緊密結合，典型的用途是幕墻鋁板均采用該方式進行表面處理。
